Teevaro.com has adopted the following general policy toward the infringement of copyright and other intellectual property, in accordance with United States intellectual property laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy applies to all content on Teevaro.com.

DMCA notice requirements

If you believe content on Teevaro.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice containing the following to our Designated Agent:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed, including registration number(s) if applicable.
• Identification of the content you claim is infringing, with a description of how it infringes and where it is located on the Teevaro.com store, in sufficient detail for us to verify it.

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agents, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Takedown procedure

Once a proper bona fide infringement notification is received, it is our policy to promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, notify the artist whose content was removed or disabled, and terminate repeat offenders.
