Delivery time

Delivery time consists of two components: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time is the duration our team takes to prepare and pack your order — 1–3 business days for most orders, though it may vary with the specific product and its customization requirements.

Shipping time is the transit from our facilities to your address. Standard shipping is typically 5–7 business days within the United States. International orders may require an additional 1–2 weeks for customs clearance and delivery.

Shipping charges

The shipping fee is $5.99 for the US, $6.99 for the EU, $9.99 for Canada and Australia, and $11.99 for other countries — a fixed fee per order, with no additional shipping cost for subsequent items in the same order. US orders over $50 ship free. The applicable charge is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for the carrier's website. Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to become available after shipment. We ship with USPS and UPS.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. We bear all import taxes — you don't have to pay any extra fees on delivery.
